Everything you need to know about selling homemade food from your kitchen in Missouri.
Missouri has no revenue cap at all — you could theoretically make a million dollars selling cookies from home — but you can only sell baked goods, jams, and dried herbs, one of the shortest allowed-items lists of any state.

Annual revenue cap
No cap
No revenue cap (removed by HB 1697 in 2022) and no license, permit, or training required. However, the allowed items list is one of the most restrictive in the nation — only baked goods, jams/jellies, and dried herbs. All sales must originate from home. No farmers market or event sales under this law (a separate 'individual stands' law covers those in certain counties). No-sugar-added or hot-pepper jams excluded due to pH concerns.
