Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and OrderPost. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use OrderPost on behalf of a business, organization, or group, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and the activity that happens through it. Keep your login credentials secure and use accurate information when signing up.
Using the service
OrderPost gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for creating order forms, collecting orders, managing fulfillment, and running your small business sales, subject to these Terms and your plan limits.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to OrderPost. This includes your product listings, images, order details, customer messages, and sales records.
Order data
Product names, prices, quantities, customer details, order status, fulfillment notes, and pickup/delivery info.
Product images
Photos, descriptions, and menu items you upload to your order forms.
Sales history
Past orders, customer messages, and transaction records managed through OrderPost.
You give OrderPost permission to host, store, process, display, back up, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for content you add.
Subscriptions and billing
Some OrderPost features may require a paid plan. We aim to make pricing, renewal timing, and cancellation clear before you pay.
- Prices, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file.
- You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.
- We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Use OrderPost in a way that respects other people, the service, and the law. You agree not to:
OrderPost intellectual property
OrderPost owns the service, software, design, brand assets, interface, documentation, and other materials we provide. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. We appreciate feedback, but please do not send anything you consider confidential unless we have a separate written agreement.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using OrderPost at any time. You may delete your account through your settings or contact support for help.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law. After termination, some sections of these Terms still apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
Disclaimers
OrderPost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every feature will work perfectly at all times.
You are responsible for the products you sell, the prices you set, food safety compliance, cottage food law requirements, and any obligations to your customers. OrderPost is a tool for managing orders, not a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, OrderPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid OrderPost for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay us.
General terms
These Terms, together with policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and OrderPost for the service. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use OrderPost after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
