Requires $50 annual license, home kitchen inspection, ServSafe Food Handler training, and municipal zoning compliance. Revenue cap doubled from $25K to $50K in 2022 (SB 187). Online sales and in-state shipping/mail order allowed within Connecticut only. Cannot sell to restaurants, retail stores, or wholesale. Must renew license by February 28 each year. Only approved products listed on application may be sold.
