Everything you need to know about selling homemade food from your kitchen in Nevada.
Nevada tripled its cottage food revenue cap from $35K to $100K in a single bill in 2025 — one of the largest single increases any state has ever made — and simultaneously legalized selling homemade food on third-party delivery apps.

Annual revenue cap
$100,000/year
IMPORTANT: AB 352 (signed June 2025) raises the cap from $35K to $100K and adds online ordering, mail delivery, and third-party delivery — but does NOT take effect until July 2027 while the Nevada Department of Agriculture creates regulations. Until then, the current $35,000 cap applies and online sales are not yet legal. Must register with local health district — fees vary by county (Clark County exceeds $200, some counties are free). Must register in each district where you sell. Nevada also has a separate 'craft food' law for acidified foods like pickles.
