One of the most permissive states in the nation. No license, no inspection, no registration, no fees, no revenue cap. SB 2386 (March 2025) expanded to allow online/phone/mail sales and out-of-state customers. Allows perishable (TCS) foods. Products sold must be consumed 'within a private home.'
